摘　　要：介绍史欣德教授对逍遥散的新认识。从原文病机与症状、组方原理、方证特点三方面进行剖析,认为逍遥散为调气、调血、调水的基本方,病机以肝血亏虚为基础,包括营卫不和证、水湿(痰湿)内停证、肝气郁滞证,脉象为左脉细右脉弦。并附验案2则。Professor Shi Xinde’s new understanding of the ancient famous prescription“Xiaoyao Powder”is introduced systematically from three aspects:pathogenesis and symptoms recorded in the original text,principles of formula composition,and characteristics of the formula and syndromel.It is concluded that Xiaoyao Powder is a basic formula for regulating qi,blood and water,and the basic pathogenesis is liver blood deficiency,involving nutrient qi and defense qi disharmony syndrome,internal retention of water-dampness(phlegm-dampness)syndrome and liver qi stagnation syndrome,with left thin pulse and right wiry pulse.Two proven cases are presented.
