摘　　要：本文以甘肃省环境治理行业中的典型子行业—危险废物焚烧为切入点,对该行业排污许可证填报质量进行核查分析,剖析存在问题的原因,总结了该行业填报要点,为甘肃省及全国后续填报、核发环境治理行业排污许可证提供借鉴依据,为“一证式”监管夯实基础。To start with the pollutant permits of“hazardous waste incineration industry”in Gansu Province,verify and analyze the overall quality of issued permits which are classified in above-mentioned sector,the process of this work was aimed at dissecting causes of irregularities,abstracting essentials about full work-flow of applications of permits,the basic goals mainly include gathering experiences about similar work that can be referred by Gansu province and even the whole state,consolidating the foundation for“onepermit”regulation of pollutant permits.
