摘 要:明日叶为伞形科当归属草本植物,是一种从国外引入的药食两用植物,目前主要应用于食品、保健品行业,其生理活性丰富,具有重要的研究意义和开发前景。通过查阅中国知网、维普、万方、Pubmed等国内外多个数据库,文章对近年来关于明日叶的化学成分、提取方法及药理作用的相关文献进行分类和总结,经分析后归纳成综述。文章介绍了明日叶查尔酮、类黄酮、香豆素类等化学成分,综述了明日叶总黄酮、查耳酮成分的提取方法以及明日叶降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化等生理活性的研究进展,为明日叶相关产品的研究与开发提供了科学依据和参考。Angelica keiskei Koidzmi belongs to the umbelliferae herbaceous plant,which is a kind of medicinal and edible plant introduced from abroad.It is mainly used in food and health product industry at present,and its physiological activity is rich,which has important research significance and development prospect.By consulting many databases at home and abroad,such as CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang database,Pubmed,etc.,the literature related to the chemical composition,extraction methods and pharmacological effects of Angelica keiskei Koidzmi in recent years was classified and summarized,and summarized into a review after analysis.This paper introduced the chemical constituents of Chalcone,flavonoid,coumarin and so on,and reviewed the extraction methods of total flavonoids and chalcone components of Angelica keiskei Koidzmi,as well as the research progress of physiological activities such as hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant of Angelica keiskei Koidzmi,which provided scientific basis and reference for the research and development of related products of Angelica keiskei Koidzmi.
