摘  要:随着石油资源逐渐枯竭,以及油基润滑泄露对土地、水源的污染,水基润滑在某些领域逐渐替代油基润滑,如金属工件加工冷却液等。这对于减少对石油资源的依赖、减少环境污染具有重要意义。本文分别以壳聚糖(CS)和壳聚糖-海藻酸钠(CS-SA)为载体,加载润滑剂聚乙二醇(PEG)和透明质酸(HA)制备具有缓释功能和p H调控的多孔水凝胶薄膜:CS-SA、CS-SA-PEG和CS-SA-HA。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察三种膜发现都是多孔结构,微孔可吸附水分子,具有较大的孔隙率和超大膨胀率;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征多孔膜中的官能团特征结构;采用高速往复摩擦磨损实验仪(MFT-R4000)对CS-SA多孔膜载体加载润滑剂PEG和HA在去离子水或者不同p H的缓冲溶液中的摩擦性能;结合分光光度法定量分析HA缓释变化。结果表明,加载润滑剂后的多孔膜具有较小的摩擦系数,摩擦介质的p H值对摩擦系数稍有影响,对磨损率效果甚微。同时,p H值可对润滑剂HA的缓释进行调控,达到长时间润滑的效果。With the gradual depletion of oil resources and the pollution of land and water caused by oil-based lubrication leakage,water-based lubrication gradually replaces oil-based lubrication in some fields,such as metal workpiece processing coolant.This is of great significance for reducing dependence on oil resources and reducing environmental pollution.In this paper,chitosan(CS)and chitosan sodium alginate(CS-SA)were used as carriers,polyethylene glycol(PEG)and hyaluronic acid(HA),espectively referred to as CS-SA,CS-SA-PEG and CS-SA-HA,were loaded as lubricants to prepare porous hydrogel membranes with reduced release through pH value.Porous structures were observed by Scanning electron microscopy(SEM).the micropores could adsorb water molecules,with large porosity and super expansion;Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to characterize the characteristic structure of functional groups in porous membranes;The tribological properties of CS-SA porous membrane carrier loaded with lubricants PEG and HA in deionized water and buffer solution with different pH value were measured by high-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester(MFT-R4000).Combined with spectrophotometry,the changes of HA sustained release were quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the porous film loaded with lubricant has a small friction coefficient,and the pH value of the friction medium has a slight effect on the friction coefficient,but has little effect on the wear rate.At the same time,the slow release of lubricant HA could be regulated by the pH value to performance a long-term lubrication.
