摘 要:对于CH_(4)含量在6%~30%的煤矿瓦斯,一般不进行利用而直接排放,但CH_(4)在空气中有爆炸的危险,且会污染环境。CH_(4)是很好的发电燃料,CH_(4)的排放不仅浪费了能源还造成了环境污染。为解决这一问题,提出了以煤矿瓦斯为燃料的固体氧化物燃料电池SOFC技术,经过实验研究发现,在适宜的温度及O_(2)浓度氛围中,电池具有良好的电化学性能,但存在阳极积碳问题,因此提出以Mo-NiTiO_(3)作为阳极重整层材料解决阳极积碳问题,结果表明,该方法可有效解决阳极积碳问题,同时进一步提高电池的电化学性能,这说明以煤矿瓦斯作为燃料的SOFC发电技术是切实可行的。For coal mine gas with CH_(4) content between 6%and 30%,it is generally not used for direct emission,while CH_(4) has the risk of explosion in the air and will pollute the environment.CH_(4) is a good fuel for power generation.The emission of CH_(4) not only wastes energy but also causes environmental pollution.To solve this problem,proposed the coal mine gas as fuel solid oxide fuel cell SOFC technology,through the experimental research,the description in the appropriate temperature and O_(2) concentration in the atmosphere,the battery has a good electrochemical performance,but anode carbon problems,put forward to Mo-NiTiO_(3) as anode reforming layer anode carbon materials to solve the problem,the results show that the This method can effectively solve the problem of anode carbon deposition,and further improve the electrochemical performance of the battery,indicating that the SOFC power generation technology using coal mine gas as fuel is feasible.
