腹腔镜下侧腹壁悬吊术治疗重度盆腔脏器脱垂的近期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨LLS治疗重度POP的临床疗效。方法评价60例重度脱垂LLS术后6个月主客观治愈率、复发率及性功能等。结果术后6个月客观治愈率为96.7%,复发率为3%。与术前比较,PFDI-20(60例)与PISQ-12(33例)明显改善,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论LLS主客观治愈率高、手术并发症少、性生活质量明显改善,近期疗效显著。Ojective To investigate the clinical efcacy of LLS in the treatment of severe POP.Methods Sixty patients with severe anterior vaginal or apical prolapse who underwent LLS were enrolled.The 6 month post operative anatomical cure and recurrence rate and the subjective cure rate as well as the sexual function were evaluated.Results After 6-month follow up,the overall anatomical success rate and the recurrence rate was 96.7%and 3%respectively.The postoperative PFDI-20 score in 60 cases and PISQ 12 score in 33 cases improved significantly compared with preoperative ones(P<0.05).Conclusion LLS technique could be safe and effective with high obictive and subjective cure rate and low complications as well as significantly im-proved quality of sexual activity in severe POP after short term follow up.
