摘 要:配制细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))含量不同的两种氧化铝粉尘。结合对聚苯硫醚(PPS)针刺滤料、水刺滤料与覆膜滤料面密度、厚度、透气量及过滤性能测试,分析实际应用中不同滤料对粉尘的拦截效果,以及PM_(2.5)含量对滤料过滤性能的影响。结果表明,PM_(2.5)含量高易导致滤料运行阻力快速上升,清灰周期缩短,滤料过滤性能相对不佳。Two kinds of alumina dust with different fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))content were prepared.Combined with the surface density,thickness,air permeability and filtration performance test of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)needled filter medium,spunlaced filter medium and film-coated filter medium,the interception effect of filter media on dust in practical application and the influence of PM_(2.5)fine particulate matter content on filtration performance of filter media were analyzed.The results show that when the content of PM_(2.5)fine particulate matter is high,the running resistance of the filter media increases rapidly,the cleaning period is shortened,and the filtration performance of the filter media is relatively poor.
