摘　　要：基于对针刺法非织造材料生产企业的调研,整理优质刺针的基本要求、用针企业评判刺针质量的方法,以及不同针刺产品对刺针的要求,介绍刺针的制造工艺,重点总结刺针制造工艺中易出现的质量问题及控制方法,以期为提高刺针制造技术、满足用针企业需求提供参考。Based on the investigation of needling nonwovens manufacturing enterprises,the basic requirements of high-quality felting needles,the methods of evaluating felting needles quality by needling enterprises,and the requirements of different needling products on felting needles were summarized,and the manufacturing processes of felting needles were introduced,especially the quality defects problems and control methods which easily appeared in the manufacturing process of felting needles were summarized,in order to provide references for improving the manufacturing technology of felting needles and meeting the needs of needling enterprises.
