摘　　要：从老年人安全、社交归属感、尊重及自我实现的需求几方面入手,通过上海“美丽家园”建设更新项目为案例,对旧住房改造中的消防安全、紧急救援、无障碍设施、小区环境及建筑细节处理等方面的设计进行研究和探讨,以满足日益多样的个性化养老需求。Starting from the needs of the elderly for safety,social belonging,respect and self realization,through the case of the"beautiful home"construction and renewal project in Shanghai,this paper studies and discusses the design of fire safety,emergency rescue,barrier free facilities,community environment and architectural details in the reconstruction of old houses,in order to meet the increasingly diverse needs of personalized pension.
