摘  要:以某跨铁路T构桥为研究对象,详细介绍了转动球铰法称重实验原理及方法,并用此方法在转体施工之前进行了称重实验,以此对转动体的不平衡力矩、偏心距、摩擦系数等参数进行确定,并结合跨铁路的特点确定了配重方案。结果表明转动球铰法受力明确,各参数计算结果准确,配重方案合理,确保了转动体顺利安全转动到预定位置,使主梁顺利合龙。Taking a cross-railway T-shape rigid bridge as the research object,the weighing experiment principle and method of rotating ball hinge method are introduced in detail,and the weighing experiment is carried out before the swivel construction,so as to determine the unbalanced moment,eccentricity,friction coefficient and other parameters of the swivel body,and the counterweight scheme is determined according to the characteristics of the cross railway.The results show that the force of the rotating ball hinge method is clear,and calculation results of each parameter are accurate,and the counterweight scheme is reasonable,which ensures the smooth rotation of the rotating body to the predetermined position,and makes the main beam close smoothly.
