摘　　要：当前,全球制造业布局正在发生深刻调整,本土拓展延链、多元弹性布局成为变化新趋势,制造业集中带成为各国竞争致胜的关键。在全球产业链供应链重塑调整、各国普遍强化安全韧性发展的情况下,制造业集中带支撑国内产业循环、促进国际竞争合作的重要性进一步凸显。中国制造业在区域上呈现高度集中化趋势,东部沿海地区和长江经济带两大制造业集中带加速崛起,中西部地区产业增长极快速发展,但也存在引领带动能力不足、联动协作不畅等问题。对标发达国家世界级制造业集中带,需要集中资源和政策支持,提升东部沿海地区制造业竞争能级和分工位势,提高长江经济带制造业分工协作和畅通循环水平,在中西部地区培育一批产业新增长极,不断增强中国产业体系的发展弹性、应对风险冲击的战略韧性和提高参与国际竞争合作的能力底气。At present,the global manufacturing layout is undergoing profound adjustment,local expansion and chain extension,diversified flexible layout has become a new trend of change,and the manufacturing concentration belt has become the key to winning competition among countries.Under the situation that the global industrial chain and supply chain are reshaped and adjusted,and countries generally strengthen the safety and resilience development,the importance of manufacturing concentration belt to support the domestic industrial cycle and promote international competition and cooperation is further highlighted.China's manufacturing industry is highly concentrated in the region,with two manufacturing concentration belts in the eastern coastal area and Yangtze River Economic Zone accelerating their rise and industrial growth poles in the central and western regions developing rapidly,but there are also problems such as insufficient leading and driving ability and poor linkage and coordination.In order to benchmark the worldclass manufacturing concentration belt of developed countries,it is necessary to concentrate resources and policy support to enhance the competitive level and division of labor of manufacturing industries in the eastern coastal region,improve the level of manufacturing division and collaboration and smooth circulation in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,cultivate a number of new growth poles of industries in the central and western regions,and continuously enhance the development elasticity of China's industrial system,the strategic resilience to cope with risk shocks and the ability to participate in international competition and cooperation.
