摘　　要：目的:构建麻醉药品、精神药品滥用风险的预警标准,为监管麻精药品滥用提供思路,从而促进麻精药品的合理使用。方法:对2020—2021年山东省麻精药品疑似滥用药物上报病例进行统计,结合我院麻精药品使用情况,分析总结本课题研究需要的麻精药品监管目录。查询我院2018年1月1日至2021年8月31日期间麻精药品处方,分析可疑滥用药物的使用情况。结果:筛选出18种药品构成医疗用麻精药品监管目录;建立监管目录药品的DDD值,以此为风险剂量建立麻精药品滥用风险的预警标准。结论:通过对疑似病例的进一步分析反证了该预警标准的合理性与警示性,在开具麻精药品时若存在超标准使用时能有效提示或预警。Objective:To construct the early warning standard of the abuse risk of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,to provide ideas for the supervision of the abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,so as to promote the rational use of narcotic drugs.Methods:Based on the statistics of the reported cases of suspected drug abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in Shandong Province from 2020 to 2021,this study analyzed and summarized the narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs supervision catalogue required for this research based on the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in our hospital.During the period from January 1,2018 to August 31,2021,the prescription of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs was inquired,and the use of suspected drugs of abuse was analyzed.Results:A total of 18 kinds of drugs were screened to form the supervision catalog of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs for medical use;the DDD value of the drugs in the supervised catalog was established,and the early warning standard of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs abuse risk were established as the risk dose.Conclusion:Through further analysis of suspected cases,the rationality and warning of the early warning standard were disproved,and it can effectively prompt or warn if there was excessive use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs when prescribing them.
