白血病伴发焦虑症状治疗的药物依赖护理措施分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨白血病伴发焦虑症状治疗的药物依赖护理措施。方法:选取2019年11月—2021年1月本院收治的86例慢性粒细胞白血病伴发焦虑症状患者作为研究对象,均采用常规化疗+劳拉西泮治疗。按照随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组43例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用多元化护理,比较两组依从性、感染率、SCL-90评分、HAMA评分以及BDEPQ评分。结果:研究组遵医嘱用药、定期化疗、自我监测、作息规律评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组感染率为2.33%,低于参照组的18.60%(P<0.05);研究组SCL-90量表中焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪和生活不适评分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组焦虑程度、药物依赖程度低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:白血病伴发焦虑症状患者治疗时采用多元化护理可提高患者的依从性,减少感染的发生,改善患者的不良心理状态和焦虑症状,降低患者的药物依赖程度。Objective:To explore the nursing measures of drug dependence in the treatment of leukemia with anxiety symptoms.Methods:A total of 86 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia complicated with anxiety symptoms admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy+lorazepam.According to the random number table method were divided into reference group and study group,43 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received diversified nursing.The compliance,infection rate,SCL-90 score,HAMA score,and BDEPQ score were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of medication,regular chemotherapy,self-monitoring and routine work in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The infection rate of the study group was 2.33%,which was lower than 18.60%of the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression and life discomfort in the SCL-90 scale of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The anxiety and drug dependence of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of diversified nursing in the treatment of leukemia patients with anxiety symptoms can improve the compliance of patients,reduce the incidence of infection,improve the patients'bad psychological state and anxiety symptoms,and reduce the degree of drug dependence of patients.
