摘　　要：目的:探究护理干预配合罂粟碱治疗对断指再植术后疼痛和血管痉挛的预防效果。方法:选取本院2020年1月—2022年6月就诊的82例行断指再植术患者,以随机数字表法分为常规组和干预组,每组41例。两组均行罂粟碱常规治疗,同时常规组采用常规护理,干预组接受护理干预。比较两组疼痛程度、血管痉挛率、断指再植成功率。结果:干预组术后3、7 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组血管痉挛发生率为2.44%,低于常规组的19.51%(P<0.05);干预组断指再植成功率为100.00%,高于常规组的85.37%(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预联合罂粟碱治疗可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,减少血管痉挛,提高手术成功率。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in the treatment of papaverine after digital replantation.Methods:A total of 82 patients undergoing digital replantation in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment and papaverine treatment.At the same time,the routine group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received nursing risk management intervention.The degree of pain,vasospasm rate,success rate of replantation were compared between the two groups.Results:The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the intervention group was lower than that of the conventional group at 3 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of vasospasm in the intervention group was 2.44%,which was lower than 19.51%in the routine group(P<0.05).The success rate of replantation of severed fingers in the intervention group was 100.00%,which was higher than 85.37%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management can effectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce vasospasm and improve satisfaction in patients with digital replantation treated with papaverine..
