摘　　要：目的:调查注射用奥沙利铂在我院的临床应用情况,探讨其用药合理性及安全性。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集2020年1月1日—2021年6月30日使用注射用奥沙利铂病历资料,分析其合理性及安全性。结果:2020年1月1日—2021年6月30日我院共93例患者使用注射用奥沙利铂264例次,93例患者均为恶性肿瘤化疗后,符合说明书适应证的58例(62.37%);给药方式主要是静脉滴注和动脉灌注;溶媒选择5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液;不良反应主要体现为血液学毒性、胃肠道反应、肝毒性、神经毒性和过敏反应等。结论:注射用奥沙利铂在临床使用过程中存在一定的不合理现象,主要体现为超说明书适应证用药、溶媒使用不当、药品不良反应漏报等问题,建议严格按照药品说明书并参照相关权威指南使用,加强药品不良反应的监测及上报,提高用药安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of oxaliplatin for injection in our hospital,and to explore its rationality and safety.Methods:A retrospective study method was used to collect the medical records of oxaliplatin for injection from January 1,2020 to June 30,2021,and analyze its rationality and safety.Results:From January 1,2020 to June 30,2021,a total of 93 patients in our hospital used oxaliplatin for injection 264 times,93 patients were all after chemotherapy for malignant tumors,58 cases(62.37%)were in line with the indications.The main methods of administration were intravenous infusion and arterial perfusion.Solvent selected 5%glucose injection and 0.9%sodium chloride injection;The adverse reactions mainly included hematological toxicity,gastrointestinal reaction,hepatotoxicity,neurotoxicity and allergic reaction.Conclusion:There are certain unreasonable phenomena in the clinical use of oxaliplatin for injection,which are mainly reflected in off-label use of indications,improper use of solvents,and missed reporting of adverse drug reactions.It is recommended to strictly follow the drug instructions and refer to relevant authoritative guidelines.Use,strengthen the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions,and improve drug safety.
