白芍总苷辅助甲氨蝶呤及来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白芍总苷辅助甲氨蝶呤及来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以来氟米特和甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合白芍总苷治疗,比较两组临床症状缓解效果、免疫炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组关节疼痛指数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数小于对照组,晨僵时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组RF、ESR及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的24.44%(P<0.05)。结论:白芍总苷辅助甲氨蝶呤及来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的效果较好,可有效缓解临床症状,调节免疫和炎症反应,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of total glucosides of paeony combined with leflunomide and methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lefunomide and methotrexate.The observation group was treated with total glucosides of paeony on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom relief effect,immune inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the joint pain index,joint tenderness index and joint swelling index of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the morning stiffness time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of RF,ESR and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 24.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total glucosides of paeony combined with leflunomide and methotrexate is effective in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,regulate immune and inflammatory reactions,and has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy ofclinical application.
