摘　　要：目的:比较特立帕肽和唑来膦酸注射液在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2022年5月平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的92例OVCF患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。两组均接受经皮椎体成形术(PVP),对照组给予静脉滴注唑来膦酸注射液,观察组给予皮下注射特立帕肽,比较两组康复情况、血清骨代谢水平、疼痛及生活质量情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间、早期下床时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(PINT)、血清骨钙素(BGP)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分低于对照组,生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:特立帕肽辅助治疗可有效提高OVCF患者血清骨代谢水平,改善患者康复及生活质量情况,减轻疼痛,降低不良反应发生情况。Objective:To compare the application effect of teriparatide and zoledronic acid injection in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:A total of 92 patients with OVCF admitted to Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from August 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups received percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).The control group was given intravenous infusion of zoledronic acid injection,and the observation group was given subcutaneous injection of teriparatide.The rehabilitation,serum bone metabolism,pain and quality of life,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time,fracture healing time and early ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum procollagen type I amino terminal extension peptide(PINT)and serum osteocalcin(BGP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain visual analogue(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life scale(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teriparatide adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the level of serum bone metabolism in patients with OVCF,improve the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients,reduce pain and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
