钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合清热养血解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究清热养血解毒汤联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证的效果。方法:以我院皮肤科2020年3月—2021年3月收治的100例寻常型银屑病血燥证患者为例,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组50例。参照组接受钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗,研究组在参照组基础上接受清热养血解毒汤治疗,比较两组治疗疗效、皮损面积与严重程度指数(Psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分、炎性指标与不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率高于参照组(92.00%vs 76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组PASI评分、白细胞介素-17(Interleukin 17,IL-17)与白细胞介素-23(Interleukin 23,IL-23)水平均低于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合清热养血解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证的效果确切,可有效改善患者病情,降低IL-17与IL-23水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of calcipotriol betamethasone ointment combined with Qingre Yangxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood dryness syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood dryness syndrome admitted to the Department of Dermatology from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as an example.According to the random number table method,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment,and the study group was treated with Qingre Yangxue Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic efficacy,Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI score),inflammatory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(92.00%vs 76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PASI score,interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Calcipotriol betamethasone ointment combined with Qingre Yangxue Jiedu decoction is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood dryness syndrome.It can effectively improve the patient's condition,reduce the levels of IL-17 and IL-23,and has high safety.
