摘　　要：作者发现刊发于新中国成立初期中央人民政府最高人民法院出版的《法院工作通讯》“关于办理杀人案件应行遵照的几项规定的通知”及所附新的尸体检验“验断书”格式和身体各部名称表,为新中国最早的法医检验规则。本文简要论述鉴定的科学内涵及验断书(检验报告)与鉴定书的异同。Notice on Several Provisions to be followed in Handling Homicide Cases published by the Supreme People’s Court of the Central Government in the early days of the founding of New China,and the attached new format of Certificate of Verification as well as the list of body parts,are the earliest regulations of forensic medicine in New China(The People’s Republic of China).In this paper,we briefly discussed the scientific basis of forensic examination and compared the similarities and differences between forensic technical report and forensic examination report.
