摘 要:针对2B06铝合金及7B04铝合金扩散连接变形及焊合率控制难题,在有限元软件ABAQUS中构建扩散连接变形有限元仿真模型及扩散连接界面孔洞闭合有限元仿真模型,研究不同扩散温度、加载压力及时间下的两种铝合金扩散连接厚度压缩变形及界面连接过程,最终确立一组优化的工艺参数。模拟结果表明:选择扩散连接温度500~510℃、加载压力4 MPa,能够在3~10 h内实现扩散连接界面孔洞的完全闭合。通过工艺试验得到扩散连接最佳工艺参数,证明模拟结果合理。To solve the problem of deformation and welding rate control of diffusion bonding of 2B06 aluminum alloy and 7B04 aluminum alloy,the finite element simulation model of diffusion bonding deformation and the finite element simulation model of diffusion bonding interface hole closure were established in the finite element software ABAQUS.The thickness compression deformation and boundary bonding process of diffusion bonding of two kinds of aluminum alloys under different diffusion temperatures,loading pressures and time were studied,and a set of optimized process parameters were finally established.The simulation results show that if the diffusion bonding temperature is 500~510℃and the loading pressure is 4 MPa,the hole in the dffusion bonding section can be completely closed within 3~10 h.The best process parameters of diffusion bonding are obtained through process tests,which proves that the simulation results are reasonable.
