摘　　要：皮肤外科学是一门专业性与实践性兼具的学科。由于其涉及外科手术、激光术、剥脱治疗等,不仅可以在皮肤病的诊断、治疗中发挥重要作用,还能满足人们求医求美的需求,因此培养大批优秀人才从事这项工作是非常必要的。但是因为师资缺乏,课程设置单一以及重视程度不够等原因,该学科人才教育及培养不尽人意。鉴于此,文章深入讨论皮肤外科教学目前存在的问题,同时根据皮肤外科教学和学科建设的现状,提出对应策略,期待能够为皮肤外科的发展储备更多符合条件的优秀人才。Skin surgery is a professional and practical discipline.Because it includes surgery,laser,exfoliation and so on,it not only plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases,but also meets the needs of people seeking medical treatment and beauty,so it is very necessary to train a large number of outstanding talents to engage in this work.However,due to the lack of teachers,single curriculum and insufficient attention,the education and training of talents in this discipline are not satisfactory.In view of this,this paper deeply discusses the existing problems in the teaching of skin surgery,and puts forward the corresponding strategies according to the present situation of the teaching and discipline construction of skin surgery,hoping to reserve more qualified talents for the development of skin surgery.
