摘 要:目的观察超声可视化技术在本基地一年级麻醉专业住培医师动静脉穿刺置管培训中的应用效果。方法选取佛山市第一人民医院2020年1月—2021年12月一年级麻醉专业住培医师作为研究对象,共60名随机分为超声教学组(U组)和传统教学组(C组),每组30名。C组采用传统教学方法,U组采用超声可视化技术教学。效果评价采用理论考核,实践考试及问卷调查。结果C组理论考试成绩为(81.2±5.3)分,U组为(89.4±6.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与C组比较,U组实践考试的完成时间﹑一次成功例数及穿刺并发症更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷星调查结果,两组除了在激发学习兴趣和提升解决问题能力两个项目的一般满意度中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),U组在十分满意等级中比例均高于C组,在其他项目的一般满意和不满意等级均低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声可视化教学在一年级麻醉专业住培医师动静脉穿刺置管培训中效果显著,对提高临床操作能力和快速成长具有重要作用,提高了医师的学习积极性。Objective To observe the application effect of ultrasonic visualization technology in the training of arteriovenous puncture and catheterization for first-year anesthesiologists in our base.Methods A total of 60 first-year anesthesiology residents in the First People's Hospital of Foshan from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into ultrasound teaching group(group U)and traditional teaching group(group C),with 30 residents in each group.Group C was taught by traditional teaching methods,and group U was taught by ultrasonic visualization technology.The effect was evaluated by theory examination,practice examination and questionnaire survey.Results The score of theory test was(81.2±5.3)in group C and(89.4±6.1)in group U,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group C,the completion time of practical examination,the number of successful cases and puncture complications in group U were reduced(P<0.05).According to the results of the questionnaire star survey,there was no statistical significance between the two groups except in the general satisfaction of stimulating learning interest and improving problem solving ability(P>0.05).The proportion of group U in the level of very satisfaction was higher than that of group C,while the level of general satisfaction and dissatisfaction in other items were lower than that of group C with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound visualization teaching has a significant effect on the training of arteriovenous catheterization for first-year anesthesiologists,which plays an important role in improving clinical operation ability and rapid growth,and greatly improves the learning enthusiasm of physicians.
