摘  要:目的:分析VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪检测蜡样芽孢杆菌的应用价值。方法:将蜡样芽孢杆菌50份作为观察对象,并对其采取VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪检测,比较VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪与标准方法之间的检出时间与检出率。结果:VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪对蜡样芽孢杆菌菌株的检出率较高,与标准检验准确率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪检查时间较标准方法时间更短,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在蜡样芽孢杆菌检测中采取VITEK-2全自动微生物鉴定仪检验能够明显提高对疾病检验的准确率,同时还能在一定程度上缩短检验时间,较标准检验时间更短。Objective:To analyze the application value of VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification instrument in detecting Bacillus cereus.Methods:50 samples of Bacillus cereus were observed and detected by VITEK-2 automatic microbiological analyzer.The detection time and detection rate were compared between VITEK-2 automatic microbiological analyzer and standard method.Results:The detection rate of VITEK-2 automatic microbiological analyzer for Bacillus cereus strains was higher,and there was no statistical significance compared with the accuracy rate of the standard test(P>0.05),but the detection time of VITEK-2 automatic microbiological analyzer was shorter than that of the standard method,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The VITEK-2 automatic microbial identification instrument can significantly improve the accuracy of disease detection in the detection of Bacillus cereus.At the same time,it can shorten the test time to a certain extent,which is shorter than the standard test time.
