摘　　要：随着微创手术的迅速发展,精密手术器械使用越来越广泛,这类器械品种繁多,结构复杂、材质特殊、精细易损、价格昂贵,对清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌处理有特殊方法和技术要求。工作中如何降低精密手术器械包装缺陷率,保证患者安全,是消毒供应学者们一直探讨的课题。为减少手术器械包装缺陷的发生,保证术中使用和手术的正常开展,现对影响精密手术器械包装缺陷的主要因素,器械规格型号多、流程不完善、培训方法单一,器械保护用具不到位等4个因素进行分析。With the rapid development of minimally invasive surgery,precision surgical instruments are used more and more widely.There are a wide variety of such instruments,which have complex structure,special material,delicate and fragile,and high price.There are special methods and technical requirements for cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization.How to reduce the packaging defect rate of precision surgical instruments and ensure the safety of patients is a topic that has been discussed by the scholars of disinfection supply.In order to reduce the occurrence of packaging defects of surgical instruments and ensure the normal operation of intraoperative use and operation.At present,the main factors affecting the packaging defects of precision surgical instrument set are many specifications and models.The process is not perfect;Single training method;Four factors,such as inadequate protective equipment,were summarized.
