常规CT与增强CT在诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的效果及价值体会

摘　　要：目的:分析常规CT与增强CT在诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的效果及价值。方法:回顾2018年5月~2021年5月本院收治的腹部肿瘤腹腔转移96例,以自愿为原则将其纳入此次研究,对所有研究对象先进行常规CT检查,后给予增强CT诊断,对比两种检查方法诊断符合率、腹部肿瘤腹腔转移情况、微小种植灶以及不良反应发生率。结果:增强CT诊断符合率为97.92%显著高于常规CT诊断符合率73.96%,P<0.05。增强CT诊断在腹腔淋巴转移、网膜种植转移、肝转移、肾上腺转移诊断符合率均高于常规CT诊断,P<0.05。增强CT诊断最小种植灶、种植灶宽以及种植灶长指标均显著低于常规CT诊断,P<0.05。增强CT诊断不良反应发生率与常规CT检查不良反应发生率对比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:腹部肿瘤腹腔转移进行诊断的过程中使用增强CT可获得更加准确的结果,可更好地确定转移病灶,及时发现微小病灶,并且对于人体的损伤较少。Objective:To analyze the effect and value of conventional CT and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumors.Methods:96 cases of abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumors treated in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2021 were reviewed.They were included in this study on a voluntary basis.The test patients underwent routine CT examination first,followed by enhanced CT diagnosis.The diagnostic coincidence rate of the two examination methods,abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumors,micro implant foci and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of enhanced CT was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional CT(73.96%,P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT in abdominal lymph node metastasis,omental implantation metastasis,liver metastasis and adrenal metastasis was higher than that of conventional CT(P<0.05).The minimum implant focus,implant focus width and implant focus length in enhanced CT diagnosis were significantly lower than those in conventional CT diagnosis(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in enhanced CT diagnosis was 2.08%,which had no significant difference compared with that in routine CT examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal metastasis of abdominal tumors can obtain more accurate results,better determine the metastatic lesions,find small lesions in time,and have less damage to the body.
