摘　　要：目的:分析CT小肠造影在小肠肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2018年1月~2022年3月在滨州医学院及本院接受诊治的疑似小肠肿瘤患者67例为观察对象,患者所用检测方式包括多层螺旋CT小肠造影检查、小肠气钡双重对比造影检查,将内镜及手术病理作为金标准,两种检查方式在小肠肿瘤定性诊断中的应用价值。结果:多层螺旋CT小肠造影检查、小肠气钡双重对比造影检查在小肠肿瘤诊断中的准确度、特异度、灵敏度及阳性预测值、阴性预测值差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT小肠造影检查与传统气钡双重造影检查平滑肌肉瘤、小肠癌、间质瘤、淋巴瘤、平滑肌瘤及腺瘤检出率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT小肠造影在小肠肿瘤诊断中的诊断效能较高,有助于临床对小肠肿瘤进行定性诊断。Objective:To analyze the application value of CT enterography in the diagnosis of small intestinal tumors.Methods:67 patients with suspected small intestinal tumors who were treated in Binzhou Medical College and our hospital from January 2018 to March 2022 were randomly selected.The detection methods used by patients included multi-slice spiral CT enterography and double contrast angiography of small intestine with air and barium.Endoscopy and surgical pathology were taken as the gold standards,and the application values of the two examination methods in the qualitative diagnosis of small intestinal tumors were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of multi-slice spiral CT enterography and small intestine double contrast radiography in the diagnosis of small intestinal tumors(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rates of leiomyosarcoma,small intestinal cancer,stromal tumor,lymphoma,leiomyoma and adenoma between the CT enterography and the traditional air-barium double contrast examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT enterography has a high diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of small intestinal tumors,which is helpful for qualitative diagnosis of small intestinal tumors in clinic.
