颈动脉超声联合经颅多普勒超声诊断在缺血性脑卒中诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析颈动脉超声(Carotid Ultrasound,CUD)联合经颅多普勒超声(Transcranial Doppler,TCD)对缺血性脑卒中的诊断价值。方法:将2020年1月~2021年12月在本院确诊并接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者58例作为观察对象,所有患者均给予CUD、TCD检查,通过检查结果分析在临床诊断过程中CUD、TCD与两种检查方法临床诊断的价值。结果:联合诊断的准确率、误诊率、漏诊率、特异性、灵敏度与单一诊断相比均存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。CUD检查与TCD检查的准确率、误诊率、漏诊率、特异性、灵敏度差异并无显著统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:CUD、TCD均属于缺血性脑卒中临床诊断的常用方法,二者均可以获得一定的诊断效果但是均不够理想,在实际临床应用中可以联合运用这两种方式,以获得更为理想的诊断效果。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of carotid ultrasound(CUD)combined with transcranial Doppler(TCD)in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke patients.Methods:58 patients with ischemic stroke who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 in this study.All patients were examined by CUD and TCD,the value of CUD,TCD and two kinds of examination methods in clinical diagnosis was further analyzed by the examination results.Results:There were significant differences in accuracy,misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis,specificity and sensitivity between combined diagnosis and single diagnosis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in accuracy,misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis,specificity and sensitivity between CUD and TCD(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both CUD and TCD are common methods in the clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke.Both of them can obtain certain diagnostic results,but they are not ideal.Therefore,the two methods can be used together in the practical clinical application,to obtain more ideal diagnostic results.
