摘　　要：目的探讨药棒穴位按摩联合神阙穴贴敷对脑卒中后便秘的疗效。方法将88例脑卒中后便秘患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组给予脑卒中常规治疗和护理、乳果糖口服溶液治疗及便秘常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施药棒穴位按摩联合神阙穴贴敷,两组均持续治疗14 d。比较两组治疗前及治疗14 d后的便秘症状评估表评分、每周完全自主排便次数(CSBM)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分,以及治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗14 d后,两组便秘症状评估表评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组的上述指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组每周CSBM均较治疗前增多,且观察组多于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的63.64%(P<0.05)。结论药棒穴位按摩联合神阙穴贴敷有助于改善脑卒中后便秘患者的症状、促进排便,缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高治疗有效率,效果优于单纯常规治疗。Objective To explore the efficacy of acupoint massage with medicine stick combined with Shenque acupoint application on constipation after cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 88 patients with constipation after cerebral stroke were randomly assigned to control group or observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine therapy and nursing for cerebral stroke,and was treated with lactulose oral solution and routine nursing for constipation,based on which the observation group was implemented acupoint massage with medicine stick combined with Shenque acupoint application.Both groups received a continuous 14-day treatment.The pre-and 14-day post-treatment constipation symptom assessment score,complete spontaneous bowel movements(CSBM)per week,and score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,as well as post-treatment clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the constipation symptom assessment score,score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale in the two groups were all decreased as compared with before treatment,and the aforementioned indices of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);in addition,CSBM per week of the two groups was increased as compared with before treatment,and the aforesaid indicator of the observation group was more than that of the control group(all P<0.05);furthermore,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than that of the control group(63.64%,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage with medicine stick combined with Shenque acupoint application can help to ameliorate the symptoms of constipation in patients after cerebral stroke,promote bowel movements,relieve patients′anxiety emotion,and improve the effective rate of treatment,exerting a superior effect to routine therapy alone.
