摘 要:目的:探讨采用X、γ辐射个人剂量当量(率)监测仪准确控制患者肺通气过程中吸入锝气体的剂量,提高同日法肺通气/肺灌注显像的成功率。方法:84例临床可疑肺栓塞患者行同日法肺通气/肺灌注显像,其中53例患者在通气过程中采用X、γ辐射个人剂量当量(率)监测仪监测吸入锝气体的剂量。31例患者未使用X、γ辐射个人剂量当量(率)监测仪监测的患者为对照组。结果:使用X、γ辐射个人剂量当量(率)监测仪监测吸入锝气体剂量的同日法肺通气/肺灌注显像成功率为96.2%。31例对照组的成功率为74.2%。结论:采用X、γ辐射个人剂量当量(率)监测仪监测患者肺通气时吸入锝气体的剂量,可以准确控制患者肺通气显像的计数率,同时提高同日法肺通气/肺灌注显像的成功率和诊断的准确性。Objective:To investigate the use of X andγradiation personal dose equivalent(rate)monitors to accurately control the dose of technetium gas inhaled during pulmonary ventilation in patients,to improve the success rate of pulmonary ventilation/perfusion imaging in the same day.Methods:84 patients with clinically suspected pulmonary embolism(PE)underwent pulmonary ventilation/perfusion imaging on the same day.In 53 patients,the dose of inhaled Technegas was monitored by X andγradiation personal dose equivalent(rate)monitors during ventilation.A total of 31 patients who were not monitored by individual dose equivalent(rate)monitors of X andγradiation were included in the control group.Results:The success rate of lung ventilation/lung perfusion imaging using X andγradiation personal dose equivalent(rate)monitor to monitor inhaled Technegas dose was 96.2%.The success rate of 31 control group was 74.2%.Conclusion:The dose of inhaled Technegas was monitored by X andγradiation personal dose equivalent(rate)monitors,the counting rate of lung ventilation imaging can be controlled accurately,it can effectively improve the success rate and diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary ventilation/perfusion imaging in the same day.
