摘　　要：目的:探究冠脉临界病变管腔狭窄程度诊断中冠状动脉CTA应用效果。方法:选择2019年7月~2022年6月本院收治疑似冠脉临界病变患者100例作为本次研究的研究样本。最终确诊结果以冠状动脉造影为准,评价冠状动脉CTA对冠脉临界病变管腔狭窄程度的诊断效果,包括诊断符合率、诊断灵敏度、诊断特异度。同时比较冠状动脉CTA与冠状动脉造影检查参数。结果:冠状动脉CTA对冠脉临界病变管腔狭窄程度的诊断符合率、诊断灵敏度、诊断特异度均比较高,诊断结果与冠状动脉造影相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。冠状动脉CTA与冠状动脉造影检查结果中,患者斑块面积、斑块负荷、斑块偏心指数相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在冠脉临界病变管腔狭窄程度的临床诊断中,应用冠状动脉CTA具有很好的诊断效果,可以准确判断与评估管腔狭窄程度,指导疾病治疗,应用价值高。Objective:To explore the application effect of coronary artery CTA in the diagnosis of luminal stenosis of critical coronary artery disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with luminal stenosis with suspected critical coronary artery disease admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research samples.The final diagnosis was based on coronary angiography.The diagnostic effect of coronary CTA on the degree of luminal stenosis in critical coronary lesions was evaluated,including diagnostic coincidence rate,diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity.The parameters of coronary CTA and coronary angiography were compared.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate,diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity of coronary CTA in diagnosing the degree of luminal stenosis of critical coronary artery lesions were relatively high,and the diagnostic results were similar to those of coronary angiography,with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in plaque area,plaque load and plaque eccentricity index between coronary CTA and coronary angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:Coronary CTA has a good diagnostic effect in the clinical diagnosis of luminal stenosis in critical coronary artery disease,which can accurately judge and evaluate the degree of luminal stenosis and guide the treatment of disease.It has high application value and.
