摘　　要：目的:分析实施慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者治疗的过程中晟景医疗IMS-100A结肠透析机的应用效果与价值。方法:本研究对象于2020年4月~2022年4月在本院接受CRF治疗的患者中随机选取,所选择的患者例数为60例,根据随机数字表法对患者进行分组,其中30例患者给予常规治疗,将其作为对照组,另外30例患者在对照组基础上加用晟景医疗IMS-100A结肠透析机治疗,将其作为观察组。结果:治疗前两组患者肾功能、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率比较,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗效果、治疗后肾功能指标、临床症状评分与对照组患者相比,P<0.05。结论:在为CRF患者实施治疗的过程中,晟景医疗IMS-100A结肠透析机的应用获得了较为显著的效果,有助于患者肾功能、临床症状的更好改善。Objective:To analyze the effect and value of Shengjing IMS-100A colon dialysis machine in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF)kidney failure.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2022,60 patients were randomly selected from CRF patients in our hospital.The patients were grouped according to the random number table method,among them,30 patients were treated with routine therapy as control group,and the other 30 patients were treated with Shengjing IMS-100A colon dialysis machine as observation group.Results:Before treatment,renal function,clinical symptom score and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups(P>0.05)Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect,renal function index and clinical symptom score in the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shengjing IMS-100A colon dialysis machine in the treatment of patients with CRF has achieved remarkable effect,which is helpful to improve the renal function and clinical symptoms of patients.
