摘　　要：经阴道自然腔道内镜手术(transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,vNOTES)是近年来新兴的一种微创技术,其结合了经阴道手术和腹腔镜手术的优点,具有创伤小、恢复快、体表无瘢痕等优势。迄今为止,vNOTES广泛应用于异位妊娠手术、子宫切除手术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、附件良性包块剔除等妇科手术。近些年来,国内外均有学者针对vNOTES在女性盆底重建术中的应用进行了研究,证实了vNOTES在盆底重建术中的可行性,vNOTES已成为盆底重建手术另一重要的手术入径。本文就vNOTES在盆底重建术中应用情况进行归纳总结。Transvaginal natural Orifice Transluminal endoscopic surgery(vNOTES)is a newly emerging minimally invasive technique in recent years,which combines the advantages of transvaginal surgery and laparoscopic surgery,and has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery and no scar on the body surface.So far,vNOTES has been widely used in ectopic pregnancy surgery,hysterectomy,myomectomy,adnexal benign mass removal and other gynecological surgery.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have conducted studies on the application of vNOTES in female pelvic floor reconstruction,confirming the feasibility of vNOTES in pelvic floor reconstruction,and vNOTES has become another important surgical approach for pelvic floor reconstruction.This paper summarizes the application of vNOTES in pelvic floor reconstruction.
