特定蛋白仪检测超敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检验在老年性肺炎患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析特定蛋白仪检测超敏C反应蛋白,并联合血常规检验,进一步对老年性肺炎提供诊断依据,分析炎症因子指标变化,加强临床病情检测。方法:实验选取本院2019年1月~2020年5月确诊的98例老年性肺炎患者作为调研的主体,通过随机数字表设计方案完成分组,对照组患者采用血常规检测,观察组则为特定蛋白仪检测超敏C反应蛋白,联合应用组则为超敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检测,分析检验阳性率的差异性。结果:观察组阳性率高于对照组,即特定蛋白仪检测超敏C反应蛋白阳性率为71.4%(70/98),而血常规检验阳性率为52.0%(51/98),组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,联合检验的阳性率为86.7%(85/98),血常规检验的阳性率为52.0%(51/98),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用特定蛋白仪检测超敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检验,对于老年性肺炎早期诊断有重要价值,可尽早对疾病情况作出判断,具有较高的经济性和检测准确性,为疾病的诊疗活动提供可靠依据。Objective:Analysis of specific protein analyzer to detect high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,combined with routine blood test,to further provide diagnostic basis for senile pneumonia,analyze the changes of inflammatory factors,and strengthen the detection of clinical condition.Methods:98 patients with senile pneumonia diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the main subjects,and divided into groups by random number table design scheme.Patients in control group were tested by blood routine test,patients in observation group were tested by specific protein instrument,and patients in combined application group were tested by high-sensitivity C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test.Results:The positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,that is,the positive rate of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein detected by specific protein instrument was 71.4%(70/98),while the positive rate of blood routine test was 52.0%(51/98),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the positive rate of combined test was 86.7%(85/98),and the positive rate of routine blood test was 52.0%(51/98),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using specific protein analyzer to detect high sensitivity C-reactive protein combined with blood routine test has important value for the early diagnosis of senile pneumonia.It can judge the condition of the disease as soon as possible,has high economy and detection accuracy,and provides a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,so it can be popularized and applied.
