摘 要:目的:探讨X射线片、CT及MRI在股骨颈骨折诊断中的价值。方法:选取2016年11月~2022年6月本院收治的股骨颈骨折患者100例,以病理学诊断作为金标准,同时接受X射线片、CT及MRI检查,对比不同检测方式临床诊断价值。结果:Garden分型检测中MRI显示Ⅰ型6例(6.00%)、Ⅱ型25例(25.00%)、Ⅲ型44例(44.00%)、Ⅳ型25例(25.00%),准确率99.00%高于X射线片及CT,而CT准确率90.00%则高于X射线片的83.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。对于骨折类型的诊断,MRI诊断准确率99.00%高于X射线片、CT,而CT诊断准确率91.00%则高于X射线片的85.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨颈骨折诊断之中,三种检测方式均具有一定价值,其中MRI诊断价值略高于CT以及X射线片,应结合患者实际选择检测方式,为后续治疗提供支持与帮助。Objective:To evaluate the value of X-ray,CT and MRI in the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture.Methods:100 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to June 2022 were selected.Pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard,and X-ray,CT and MRI examinations were performed at the same time to compare the clinical diagnostic value of different detection methods.Results:In Garden classification,MRI showed 6 cases of typeⅠ(6.00%),25 cases of typeⅡ(25.00%),44 cases of typeⅢ(44.00%)and 25 cases of typeⅣ(25.00%).The accuracy of 99.00%was higher than that of radiographs and CT,while the accuracy of CT(90.00%)was higher than that of radiographs(83.00%).The difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).For the diagnosis of fracture types,the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 99.00%higher than that of radiographs and CT,while the diagnostic accuracy of CT was 91.00%higher than that of radiographs 85.00%,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture,the three detection methods are of certain value,among which MRI is slightly more valuable than CT and X-ray.Therefore,detection methods should be selected according to the actual situation of patients to provide support and help for follow-up treatment.
