摘　　要：目的:研究规范化质量管理在消毒供应中心妇科腹腔镜手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年11月~12月使用的200套妇科腹腔镜器械作为对照组,选取2022年1月~2月使用的200套妇科腹腔镜器械作为实验组,对照组实施常规管理,实验组实施规范化质量管理,对比两组实施前后妇科腹腔镜器械的回收合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率及手术室医护满意度。结果:实验组的妇科腹腔镜器械回收合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的管理质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的手术室医护满意度好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心妇科腹腔镜手术器械实施规范化质量管理,能够有效提升管理质量,可以保障腹腔镜器械的处理质量,切实避免其出现感染问题,降低差错的发生,从而有效保障患者的医疗安全。Objective:To study the application effect of standardized quality management in gynecological laparoscopic surgical instrument management in disinfection supply center.Methods:200 sets of gynecological laparoscopic instruments used from November to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 200 sets of gynecological laparoscopic instruments used from January to February 2022 were selected as the experimental group.Routine management was implemented in the control group,and standardized quality management was implemented in the experimental group.The qualified recovery rate,qualified cleaning rate,qualified packaging rate and medical satisfaction in the operating room of gynecological laparoscopic instruments were compared between the two groups before and after implementation.Results:The qualified rate of gynecological laparoscopic instrument recovery,cleaning and packaging in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of management quality in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The operating room satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized quality management of gynecological laparoscopic surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the management quality,ensure the treatment quality of laparoscopic instruments,effectively avoid infection problems,reduce the occurrence of errors,so as to effectively protect the medical safety of patients.
