摘　　要：目的 探讨吸入性芳香疗法缓解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)术后疼痛的效果。方法 选取北部战区总医院自2021年8月至2022年9月收治的64例行手术治疗的OSAHS患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为A组与B组,每组各32例。A组患者给予OSAHS术后常规护理。B组在A组基础上,实施薰衣草吸入性芳香疗法。记录并比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果 干预前、术后即刻,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后第1、2、3天,B组患者VAS评分均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 吸入性芳香疗法对OSAHS术后疼痛具有一定缓解作用,可作为OSAHS术后疼痛护理的补充。Objective To investigate the effect of inhalation aromatherapy on postoperative pain of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Sixty-four OSAHS patients who underwent surgical treatment in General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given routine care after OSAHS.Group B received lavender inhalation aromatherapy on the basis of group A.Visual analogue scale(VAS)were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention and immediately after surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS between 2 groups(P>0.05).On the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after surgery,VAS of group B were lower than those of group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation aromatherapy can relieve postoperative pain of OSAHS to some extent,and can be used as a supplement for postoperative pain care of OSAHS.
