预见性护理在乳腺癌PICC置管中防治并发症的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察乳腺癌化疗患者在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)中应用预见性护理对并发症的防治效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2021年1月期间于德阳市人民医院行PICC置管的70例乳腺癌化疗患者,以便利抽样法分为2组,各35例,对照组行常规护理,研究组行预见性护理。对比2组并发症发生率,治疗依从性,护理前后的生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及患者满意度。结果 研究组并发症发生率(8.57%)低于对照组(28.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗依从率(97.14%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的患者满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),并异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对乳腺癌化疗PICC置管患者应用预见性护理,不仅可以减少并发症,还能提高患者治疗依从性、生活质量,改善负性心理状态。Objective To observe the prevention and treatment effect of predictive nursing in peripherally puncture central vein(PICC)catheterization for breast cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,70 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital were selected and grouped by convenient sampling method,35 cases in the study group and 35 cases in the control group.The control group received routine care and the study group received predictive care.The following indicators were compared between groups:incidence of complications;Treatment compliance;Quality of life score,anxiety score,depression score,barthel index before and after nursing;Patient satisfaction.Results The incidence of complications in the study group(8.57%)was lower than that in the control group(28.57%),and there was a statistical diference(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and there was a statistical dfference(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety score and depression score Lower than the control group,there is a statistical difference(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and there was.a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing to patients with breast cancer chemotherapy with PICC cannula can not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also improve the patients'treatment compliance,quality of life,improve the negative psychological state of patients.
