摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合穴位叩击在腰椎术后便秘患者中的护理效果。方法 选择2021年4月-2022年4月收治的60例腰椎术后便秘患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。对照组:常规对症治疗,患者出现腹胀腹痛、便秘等症状时给予开塞露、麻仁润肠丸等治疗。观察组:对腰椎手术患者未出现症状时提前干预,根据辨证施护在中脘、神阙、气海、天枢等穴进行穴位贴敷,将中药大黄、枳壳、厚朴、芒硝研粉,用醋调成泥状,贴于穴位上,每次贴4~6 h,3 d为1个疗程。对比2组干预效果。结果 观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、进食时间、肛门排气时间、下床时间、拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后第3天、术后第5天、术后第7天便秘症状积分均低于对照组,总有效率和护理满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);2组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论 穴位贴敷联合穴位叩击在腰椎术后便秘患者中的护理效果明显,可以改善临床症状,提高治疗效果和护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint tapping in patients with constipation after lumbar operation.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,60 patients with constipation after low back pain surgery were studied.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group:routine symptomatic treatment,patients with abdominal distension,abdominal pain,constipation and other symptoms were treated with Kaiselu,Maren Runchang pill and so on.Observation group:the patients in lumbar surgery were intervened in advance when there were no symptoms.According to the dialectical nursing,acupoints such as Zhongwan,Shenque,Qihai and Tianshu were applied.Grind rhubarb,Fructus auranti,Magnolia officinalis and mirabilite,mix them with vinegar and paste them on the acupoints for 4 to 6 hours each time.Three days is a course of treatment.Observe the effect of intervention.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first defecation,the time of eating,the time of anal exhaust,the time of getting out of bed,the time of extubation and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05);The constipation symptom scores of the observation group at the 3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days were lower than those of the control group at the same time.The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05);The scores of psychological function,physical function,material life state and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after operation,and the difference between the data was significant(P<0.05);The patients in both groups had obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The nursing effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint tapping in patients with constipation aft
