摘　　要：加速康复外科在妇科围手术期的应用促进了患者术后恢复,提高了生活质量。中医药对患者围手术期恢复有独特优势,其特色的诊疗理念及技术与加速康复理念相符合。近年来随着国家对中医药的大力支持,越来越多的学者将中医药技术应用于妇科围手术期的治疗中,在临床上取得了很好的效果。本文总结近年来有关中医药在妇科围手术期加速康复中的应用,以期为后续研究提供参考。The application of enhanced recovery after surgery in gynecological perioperative period can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the rehabilitation of gynecological perioperative period.In recent years,with the national support for traditional Chinese medicine,more and more scholars have applied traditional Chinese medicine technology to the treatment of gynecological perioperative period,and achieved excellent results in the clinic.This article summarizes the application of traditional Chinese medicine in enhanced recovery of gynecological perioperative period in recent years,in order to provide reference for subsequent research.
