培哚普利氨氯地平SPC治疗老年高血压病对患者血压达标率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析培哚普利氨氯地平SPC治疗老年高血压病对患者血压达标率的影响。方法选取本社区卫生服务中心2021年4月至2022年11月收治的110例老年高血压病患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组给予培哚普利氨氯地平SPC治疗,对照组给予培哚普利+氢氯噻嗪治疗,疗程均为2个月,比较两组患者血压达标率、血清生化指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组达标率(92.73%)高于对照组(72.73%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的Scr指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后K和UA指标水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(5.45%)低于对照组(21.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的SBP昼夜节律、DSP昼夜节律均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的动态血压平滑指数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培哚普利氨氯地平SPC能有效改善老年高血压病患者的血清生化指标,提高老年高血压病患者的血压达标率,降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study and analyze the effect of Perindopril amlodipine SPC in the treatment of senile hypertension on the rate of blood pressure reaching the standard.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our community health service center from April 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 55 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with perindopril and amlodipine SPC,while the control group was treated with perindopril and hydrochlorothiazide for two months.The rate of blood pressure reaching the standard,changes in serum biochemical indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of reaching the standard in the observation group(92.73%)was higher than that in the control group(72.73%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of K and UA between the groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.45%)was lower than that in the control group(21.82%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the SBP circadian rhythm and DSP circadian rhythm in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ambulatory blood pressure smoothing index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Perindopril amlodipine SPC can effectively improve serum biochemical indicators in elderly hypertensive patients,increase the rate of reaching the standard for blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has high clinical application value.
