探究舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的将舒适护理应用于普外科腹腔镜手术中,分析普外科腹腔镜手术患者首次下床时间与住院时间,以提升临床应用价值,提高患者的舒适度与满意度。方法本次试验选取了2021年1月至2022年12月在我院普外科进行腹腔镜手术的66例患者,通过采用盲目分配法分为对照组和观察组,以公平性开展为前提进行分组调查,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组实施舒适护理,对两组干预效果进行比较。结果观察组首次下床活动时间、住院时间分别是(8.05±2.72)h、(6.28±2.53)d均短于对照组首次下床活动时间(16.26±4.05)h、住院时间是(9.28±2.42)d,组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理方案的满意度与舒适度高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于普外科腹腔镜手术中有较好的应用价值,促进患者尽早下床活动,提高患者的舒适度,减少术后并发症的发生率,提高整体疗效,促进患者早日康复出院,该护理方案得到广大患者的高度认可与满意,值得推荐。Objective To apply comfort nursing to laparoscopic surgery in general surgery department,analyze the first time of getting out of bed and length of hospital stay of laparoscopic surgery patients in general surgery department,so as to enhance the clinical application value and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.Methods In this study,66 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the department of general surgery of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by blind allocation method.Based on the premise of fairness,grouping investigation was conducted.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comfort nursing.Results From the observation of first getting out of bed time and hospital stay time,the observation group first getting out of bed time and hospital stay time of(8.05±2.72)hours and(6.28±2.53)days,respectively,were shorter than the control group first getting out of bed time and hospital stay time of(16.26±4.05)hours and(9.28±2.42)days.There was significant difference in comparison between groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction and comfort of nursing plan in observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in general surgery laparoscopic surgery has good application value,promote patients to get out of bed as soon as possible,improve the comfort of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the overall efficacy,promote patients to recover and leave hospital as soon as possible,the nursing program has been highly recognized and satisfied by the majority of patients,worthy of recommendation.
