心理契约理论对消毒供应中心护士工作满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的讨论心理契约理论对消毒供应中心护士工作满意度的影响。方法将2020年1月至2020年12月本院消毒供应中心15名护士实施常规护理作为对照组观察对象,并将以上相同15名人员在实施常规护理的基础上于2021年1月至2021年12月加用心理契约理论作为研究组观察对象。观察指标:心理症状自评量表、心理压力偏高率、工作满意度。结果两组护士干预后心理症状自评量表分值均改善,而且研究组改善效果显著优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组心理压力偏高率指标为0,此指标明显低于对照组心理压力偏高率的40%,P<0.05。研究组工作满意度指标为100%,此指标明显高于对照组工作满意度指标的60%,P<0.05。结论消毒供应中心实施常规护理基础上,关注心理契约理论利于改善护士不良情绪及心理压力,提高工作满意度。Objective To discuss the influence of psychological contract theory on job satisfaction of nurses in disinfection supply center.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,15 nurses in the disinfection supply center of our hospital who performed routine nursing were selected as the observation objects of the control group,and the same 15 investigators were given routine nursing care from January 2021 to December 2021,the psychological contract theory will be added as the observation object of the research group.Observation indicators:self-rating scale of psychological symptoms,high rate of psychological stress,job satisfaction.Results The scores of the psychological symptom self-rating scale were improved in both groups after intervention,but the improvement effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The high rate of psychological stress in the research group was 0,which was significantly lower than 40%of the high rate of psychological stress in the control group,P<0.05.The work satisfaction index of the research group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 60%of the work satisfaction index of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing in disinfection supply center,paying attention to psychological contract theory is beneficial to improve the negative emotions and psychological pressure of nursing staff,and improve job satisfaction.
