不同时间段街头献血屋献血人数比较的研究

摘　　要：目的 为有效保障临床血液供应,增加街头献血人数,合理利用“日历效应”调查市内繁华地段献血屋在不同时间段献血人数的研究,以制定固定献血屋的作息,合理调整工作人员排班时间,确保无偿献血事业的有序发展。方法 从献血者资料库中调取市内繁华地段献血屋自愿献血人数,设立平日和周末平均每日各时段献血人数组;平日和周末平均每日献血人数组;非全勤日和全勤日平均每日献血人数组,进行组内或组间的比较,研究是否有差异。结果 除平日和周末平均每日各时段组内与组间无统计学差异外,其余两组间具有统计学差异。结论 采供血机构应该加强对周末采血工作的重视,加强服务细节,保证服务质量。同时在献血屋作息时间上应该调整为献血屋不休,人员轮休的模式,以增加采集人数,提高血液库存,保障临床血液供应。Objective In order to effectively guarantee the clinical blood supply,increase the number of blood donors on the streets,a study on the reasonable use of calendar effect to investigate the number of blood donors in different periods of time in blood donation houses in busy areas of the city,in order to set up the work and rest of the fixed blood donation house,reasonably adjust the shift schedule of staff,and ensure the orderly development of the cause of free blood donation.Methods From the blood donors database,the voluntary donation of blood donation rooms in the downtown area was obtained,and an average of daily and weekend average blood donors per day were set;the average daily blood donors per day and weekend;the average daily attendance and the average daily blood donors array were compared between groups and groups to study whether there was any difference.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups except that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in every time period of weekday and weekend.Conclusion Blood collection and supply institutions should pay more attention to the work of blood collection at weekends,strengthen service details and ensure service quality.At the same time,we should adjust the work and rest time of the blood donation house to the mode of continuous and staff rotation,so as to increase the number of people who collect blood,improve the blood inventory and ensure the clinical blood supply.
