针对性护理在结核性胸膜炎中的应用效果及对患者炎性反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析结核性胸膜炎疾病特点,评价护理工作中落实针对性护理干预对患者炎性反应、情绪等方面的影响。方法选择我院2019年3月至2020年8月期间收治的结核性胸膜炎疾病患者,共计80例,患者知情同意。经医院伦理委员会批准,治疗基础上进行对照组、观察组随机法分组护理。对照组与观察组结核性胸膜炎患者分别采取常规护理、针对性护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果,包括情绪状况、炎性因子水平变化情况等。结果白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)炎性因子水平比较:治疗后观察组IL-4、IL-10水平高于对照组,IL-2、IFN-γ水平低于对照组,P<0.05;焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)情绪评估比较:观察组患者SAS(25.50±3.30)分、SDS(24.50±3.50)分均低于对照组,P<0.05;健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short from Health Survey,SF-36)评估患者:观察组社会领域(84.20±5.50)分、躯体领域(84.50±6.50)分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对性护理辅助结核性胸膜炎治疗,可以促进患者炎症水平改善,稳定患者的情绪、提升患者的生活质量,护理效果理想。Objective To analyze the characteristics of tuberculous pleurisy disease and evaluate the impact of targeted nursing interventions on patients'inflammatory response and mood in nursing work.Methods A total of 80 patients with tuberculous pleurisy disease admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected,and the patients had informed consent.Approved by the hospital ethics committee,the control group and the observation group were randomly divided into groups based on treatment.Patients with tuberculous pleurisy in the control group and the observation group were treated with conventional nursing and targeted nursing intervention respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared,including changes in mood status and inflammatory factor levels.Results Interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)inflammatory factor level comparison:after treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γwere lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;Comparison of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)for emotional evaluation:the scores of SAS(25.50±3.30)and SDS(24.50±3.50)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;The MOS Item Short from Health Survey(SF-36)assesses the social field(84.20±5.50)and physical field(84.50±6.50)of the observation group.The scores of patients in the observation group are significantly higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted nursing assisted treatment of tuberculous pleurisy can promote the improvement of patients'inflammation level,stabilize the patient's mood,improve the patient's quality of life,and the nursing effect is ideal.
