集束化护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析集束化护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的预防效果。方法研究对象共计接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的200例患者,研究年限在2020年4月至2021年4月,全部患者被均分为研究组和对照组,分别接受集束化护理干预和常规护理干预,对两组患者的治疗情况进行观察比较。结果研究组患者的膀胱痉挛发生次数(2.48±0.14)次,每次持续时间(3.38±0.56)min,冲洗液转清时间(1.08±0.11)min,生活质量评分[躯体功能(89.48±6.14)、情感职能(93.38±5.56)、社会功能(91.52±5.13)、精神健康(92.38±5.11)],护理后焦虑评分(15.82±4.14)分,抑郁评分(18.55±4.45),护理满意度95.00%,对照组患者的膀胱痉挛发生次数(5.45±0.16)次,每次持续时间(6.86±0.62)min,冲洗液转清时间(2.56±0.12)min,生活质量评分[躯体功能(72.45±6.16)分、情感职能(84.86±0.62)分、社会功能(82.57±5.11)分、精神健康(81.06±4.12)分],护理后焦虑评分(16.38±4.54)分,抑郁评分(19.86±5.12)分,护理满意度83.00%,研究组各项指标均明显更好。组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的患者实施集束化护理干预的临床效果更加显著,可以有效改善膀胱痉挛,提升患者的生活质量,使患者对护理工作更加满意。Objective To study and analyze the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the prevention of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods The study subjects had a total of 200 patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate.The study period was from April 2020 to April 2021.All patients were divided into study group(y)and control group(y)(received routine nursing intervention),observation and comparison of the treatment of the two groups of patients.Results The number of bladder spasms in the study group was(2.48±0.14)times,each duration was(3.38±0.56)min,the washing fluid was cleared(1.08±0.11)min,the quality of life score[physical function(89.48±6.14),emotion Function(93.38±5.56),social function(91.52±5.13),mental health(92.38±5.11)],anxiety score after nursing(15.82±4.14),depression score(18.55±4.45),nursing satisfaction 95.00%,control group the patient's bladder spasm occurred(5.45±0.16)times,the duration of each time was(6.86±0.62)min,the flushing time was(2.56±0.12)min,the quality of life score[physical function(72.45±6.16),emotional function(84.86±0.62),social function(82.57±5.11),mental health(81.06±4.12)],post-nursing anxiety score(16.38±4.54),depression score(19.86±5.12),nursing satisfaction 83.00%,various items in the study group the indicators are significantly better.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of clustered nursing intervention for patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate is more significant,which can effectively improve bladder spasm,improve the quality of life of patients,and make patients more satisfied with nursing work.
