互动达标模式护理对经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者住院时间及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析互动达标模式护理对经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者住院时间及满意度的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2023年1月期间在我院收治的100例经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者,按数字随机分组法将其分入试验组(50例)和参考组(50例),参考组结石患者采用常规护理管理,试验组结石患者采用互动达标模式护理。比较两组结石患者住院时间及术后首次进食时间、术后3 h疼痛评分、护理满意度、患者后自护能力评分和焦虑抑郁不良心理评分改善情况及并发症发生率。结果试验组结石患者术后首次进食时间、住院时间等恢复时间明显短于参考组(均P<0.05),试验组结石患者满意度显著高于参考组(均P<0.05);护理前两组结石患者自护能力评分、焦虑抑郁不良心理评分相比无明显差异(均P>0.05),护理后以上各项自护能力评分、焦虑抑郁不良心理评分均显著改善(均P<0.05),且试验组结石患者各项自护能力评分、焦虑抑郁不良心理评分改善情况明显优于参考组(均P<0.05);试验组结石患者术后3 h疼痛评分和并发症发生率均明显低于参考组(均P<0.05)。结论互动达标模式护理能有效缩短经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者住院时间及术后康复时间,提升患者满意度以及自护能力,减少并发症发生,并促进患者焦虑抑郁不良心理改善。Objective To analyze the effect of interactive up-to-standard nursing on the length of stay and satisfaction of patients undergoing transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods From August 2022 to January 2023,100 patients who underwent transurethral ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy in our hospital were randomly divided into the test group(50 cases)and the reference group(50 cases)according to the digital grouping method.The stone patients in the reference group were treated with routine nursing management,and the stone patients in the test group were treated with interactive standard nursing mode.The time of hospitalization and the time of first eating after surgery,the score of pain 3 hours after surgery,nursing satisfaction,the score of self-care ability,the score of anxiety and depression and the rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of the stone patients in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the stone patients in the test group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in self-care ability score and psychological score of anxiety and depression before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the above self-care ability score and psychological score of anxiety and depression were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of self-care ability score and psychological score of anxiety and depression of stone patients in the test group was significantly better than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The pain score at 3 h after surgery and complication rate of stone patients in the test group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive up-to-standard nursing mode can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and postoperative rehabilitation time of patients undergoing transurethral ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy,improve the patient's satisfaction and se
