优质护理在孕产期健康教育的应用和体会

摘　　要：目的分析探讨优质护理在孕产期健康教育的应用效果和护理体会。方法选取我院2018年至2019年接受治疗孕产妇80例为观察对象,采用常规健康教育(对照组)和优质护理孕产期健康教育(观察组)两种护理方式对孕产妇护理前后孕期健康知识评分、情绪评分、孕产妇满意度以及护理效果进行比较。结果护理后,观察组在孕期健康知识评分、情绪评分、护理实施满意度3个方面显著地优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用于孕产期健康教育中效果显著,能够有效提高对孕期健康知识认知度,改善孕产妇负面情绪,提高其护理满意度,预后较好,值得推广与应用于孕产期健康教育中。Objective To analyze and explore the application effect and nursing experience of high-quality nursing in health education during pregnancy and childbirth.Methods Eighty cases of pregnant women treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected as observation objects,and routine health education(control group)and high-quality nursing maternal health education(observation group)were used to compare pregnancy health knowledge score,emotional score,maternal satisfaction and nursing effect before and after maternal care.Results After nursing,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in pregnancy health knowledge score,emotion score and nursing implementation satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing to pregnancy and perinatal health education has remarkable results,which can effectively improve the awareness of health knowledge during pregnancy,improve the negative emotions of pregnant women,improve their nursing satisfaction,have a good prognosis,which is worth promoting and applying in pregnancy and perinatal health education.
