“以俞调枢”药穴指针疗法对胃气上逆型胃食管反流性咳嗽患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 本研究旨在探讨“以俞调枢”药穴指针疗法治疗胃气上逆型胃食管反流性咳嗽(gastroesophageal reflux cough, GERC)的临床效果。方法 随机选取2020年8月-2021年6月于福建省南平市人民医院住院或门诊治疗的胃气上逆型GERC患者60例作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)和干预组(n=30)。对照组采用常规治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上加用“以俞调枢”药穴指针疗法。于干预前和干预后3个月评估患者咳嗽症状、反流症状、食管黏膜破损、生活质量总分情况。结果 干预前,两组患者各症状及生活质量得分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组患者咳嗽症状、反流症状、食管黏膜破损得分分别为(0.25±0.31)分、(0.63±0.49)分、(0.33±0.48)分,均低于对照组,生活质量(16.77±0.86)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.266、2.642、2.910、14.566,P<0.05)。结论 “以俞调枢”药穴指针疗法治疗胃气上逆型GERC,可以极大改善患者咳嗽症状、反流症状、食管黏膜破损等不适症状,且其生活质量较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of"Yishu Tiaoshu"acupoint pointer therapy for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough(GERC)of adverse rising of stomach qi.Methods A total of sixty patients with GERC of adverse rising of stomach qi who were hospitalized or outpatients in Nanping People's Hospital from August 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research object.Patients were divided into control group(n=30)and intervention group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the intervention group was treated with point pointer therapy on the basis of the control group.Cough symptoms,reflux symptoms,esophageal mucosal damage,and quality of life scores were assessed before and 3 months after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in symptoms and quality of life scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of cough symptoms,reflux symptoms and esophageal mucosal damage in the intervention group were(0.25±0.31)points,(0.63±0.49)points and(0.33±0.48)points respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the quality of life score(16.77±0.86)points was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.266,2.642,2.910,14.566,P<0.05).Conclusion"Yishu Tiaoshu"acupoint pointer therapy for the treatment of GERC of adverse rising of stomach qi can greatly improve patients'cough symptoms,reflux symptoms,esophageal mucosal damage and other discomfort symptoms,and the quality of life of patients is good.
