自拟益气扶正解毒方治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染临床验案举隅

摘　　要：现代研究表明,宫颈癌的发病率和病死率明显下降,但发病却逐渐趋于年轻化,且年轻宫颈癌的病死率明显上升。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续性感染是宫颈癌发病的重要原因,及早干预治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染,对防治宫颈癌具有积极的临床意义。在中医学“整体观念”及“辨证论治”的基础上,本病的病因病机大体为正虚邪侵、本虚标实。机体肝脾肾功能失调,阴阳失衡,而感外邪-HPV病毒,外邪乘虚而入稽留于体内,日久致病。在宫颈HPV感染的治疗中,中医内服药物可提高机体免疫功能及抗病毒能力。因此,本研究结合临床经验自拟益气扶正解毒方,探讨以益气扶正补虚、利湿解毒祛邪为治法,治疗高危型HPV感染患者的可行性和安全性,结合临床案例分析,以期为该病的防治提供诊疗思路。Modern studies have shown that the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer have decreased significantly,but the incidence is gradually becoming younger,and the mortality rate of young cervical cancer has increased significantly.The persistent infection of human papilloma virus(HPV)is an important cause of cervical cancer,and early intervention and treatment of cervical HPV infection is of positive clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Based on the"holistic concept"and"diagnosis and treatment"of Chinese medicine,the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are generally based on the deficiency of the body and the invasion of evil,and the deficiency of the body and the symptoms.The body liver,spleen and kidney dysfunction,imbalance of yin and yang,and external evil-HPV virus,external evil to take advantage of the deficiency and stay in the body,resulting in disease over time.In the treatment of cervical HPV infection,Chinese medicine can improve the immune function and antiviral ability of the body.Therefore,this study combined with clinical experience to formulate the formula of Yiqifuzheng Detoxification to explore the feasibility and safety of treating patients with high-risk HPV infection with the treatment method of Yiqifuzheng to replenish deficiency and Dampness Detoxification to dispel evil,combined with clinical case analysis,in order to provide treatment ideas for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
