玻璃纤维桩树脂核与金属铸造桩核修复治疗前牙残根残冠的效果对照分析

摘　　要：目的 比较前牙残根残冠患者应用玻璃纤维桩树脂核与金属铸造桩核修复治疗的效果。方法 方便选取2019年1月—2021年12月于厦门医学院附属口腔医院就诊的54例前牙残根残冠患者作为研究对象,以随机数表将其分为对照组(27例)与研究组(27例)。研究组应用玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复,对照组应用金属铸造桩核修复。比较两组修复效果、前牙残根残冠牙周情况、不良反应、修复满意度率。结果 研究组修复颜色匹配、边缘密合率100.00%、96.30%较对照组77.78%、70.37%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.688、4.800,P<0.05),两组修复体完整率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复前两组菌斑指数(PLI)与牙龈指数(GI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复6个月时研究组PLI(1.09±0.35)分、GI(1.05±0.30)分较对照组(1.55±0.23)分、(1.35±0.29)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=5.707、3.736,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.70%较对照组的29.63%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05)。研究组修复总满意率为92.59%较对照组的66.67%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.594,P<0.05)。结论 相较于金属铸造桩核修复,玻璃纤维桩树脂核治疗前牙残根残冠的效果更为理想,能够有效保障牙周健康状况,抑制不良反应,提高患者对于修复的满意度,具有临床应用及推广价值。Objective To compare the effects of restorative treatment with glass fiber pile resin core and metal cast pile core in patients with remnant roots and crowns of anterior teeth.Methods Fifty-four patients with remnant roots and crowns of anterior teeth who admitted to the Affiliated Dental Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2019 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as study subjects and divided into a control group(twenty-seven cases)and a study group(twenty-seven cases)by a random number table.The study group was restored with glass fiber pile resin cores and the control group was restored with metal cast pile cores.The restoration results,periodontal condition of remnant root and crown of anterior teeth,adverse reactions,and restoration satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The restoration color matching and marginal fit rates of 100.00%and 96.30%in the study group were higher than 77.78%and 70.37%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.688,4.800,P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the results of the restoration integrity rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)scores between the two groups before restoration were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The PLI(1.09±0.35)points and GI(1.05±0.30)points in the study group were lower at 6 months of restoration compared with the control group of(1.55±0.23)points and(1.35±0.29)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.707,3.736,P<0.05).the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.70%lower than 29.63%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05).the comparison of total satisfaction rate in the study group was 92.59%higher than 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.594,P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Compared with metal cast pile core restorations,glass fiber pile resin cores are more effectiv
